This protects the skeletal structure, muscles, and joints while reducing fatigue and injury
FITNESS CAFE
The Fitness Café was designed with the needs of busy members in mind. The “grab and go” or “sit and unwind” format is just what the trainer ordered for business men and women, moms and dads on the go, or those that just need a convenient healthy bite. The Fitness Café provides protein bars, protein shakes and various snacks, a complete selection of beverages including sports drinks, water, and fresh frozen smoothies made daily!
Menus are subject to change.
Fitness Café charge accounts are available so carrying money into the gym is never necessary.
